If you guess number 3, you are right. This crossing is in front of Hawk's Hardware Store. It has been in this sorry state for several years. There are many more just like this. The combination of the railroad, and city, state, and federal regulators have done a multi-year sorry job of providing EFFECTIVE, SAFE railroad crossings. If you are a cyclist, the best thing to do is just, get off your bike and walk it across. If you are in your car, you need to slow down to a walking pace. Perhaps I am not seeing things correctly - these crossings are Tullahoma's version of a speed bump.
