Sign Up to Lead A Ride It's time to be thinking about leading a spring (April/May/June) ride. If you have been hoping the club would go to a certain destination, stop hoping and just lead us there. Please get your ride ideas into Stu by mid March. You may also input your rides directly into the ride database as described below.

! - Club members are encouraged to sign up and lead a ride - or 2 if you want.
Many folks, when asked if they would lead a ride, say "Just put
me down for the ride I led last year on the same weekend". But last years
newsletter has long ago slipped out from under the refrigerator magnet.
Procedure for Inputting Rides:
- Review last years schedule and/or available dates in
the upcoming quarter. Click in the "View All Club Rides" button to see all
the rides since 4/97, and the 2010 rides scheduled so far. Or, you can search
by Lastname of ride leader to narrow the search to your rides or rides led by
others.
- Think about the date and ride description you want to lead.
Check that the date you have selected has not already taken by somebody
else. Also, look at the ride destinations of the dates immediately before and
after you, and try and not repeat the route.
- Jump to the Ride Input page/form, and fill
out the form and submit it. You can repeat this for multiple rides.
These data are written to the database at the time you submit the form. Please adhere to
the format suggestions, otherwise your input will fail.
- To see that your input was successful, repeat step 1.
