A Technology Makeover
This summer, we were in need of a technology makeover. After almost 20 years as an organization built on gracious donations from our members and inkind services, we needed to take a look at our back office technical architecture and our desktop applications used by our staff. InfoQuest came in and helped us untangle the web and worked with us side-by-side to map out a much cleaner, more streamlined approach. Their web-based services are so easy to use and as an organization that needs to respond rapidly to change and the never ending stream of emails, giving us the ability to manage our exchange services dramatically reduces time spent waiting for changes and associated costs. I can't speak highly enough to the professionalism and level of support we have received from the InfoQuest staff and as a result our organization is better and stronger.
